Find us at the Rockland Farmers Market every Thursday from 9am to 1pm, with early bird shoppers welcome starting at 8:30am.
In 2016, the market runs May 19 to Oct. 27.
Located in beautiful Harbor Park, the market is within walking distance to downtown shops, galleries, Farnsworth Art Museum and many restaurants and cafes.
The market features a wide array of vendors, live musical performances, and picnic tables to hang out and relax. You will also find activities for children, including art projects, food education games and face painting.
We bring a full selection of vegetables, milk, eggs and meat to each market. If you have special requests, such as large quantities or certain cuts of meats, feel free to use our pre-order forms to ensure we bring what you need. Please order at least 24 hours in advance and you can pick up directly from us at the market.
For those involved in our CSA program, we will give you a Dandelion Spring debit card with your account balance, and we deduct your purchases from the card at the stand. We also accept EBT/SNAP, WIC, Visa, and MasterCard payments at the stand.
When the market season ends, for the months November through April, we continue to deliver to Rockland every other week. We have a pick up space in the basement of 3 Crow on Wednesdays.
You can sign-up for which products you’d like delivered on a form that is emailed the week before delivery. Storage crops include vegetables like cabbage, carrots, beets, turnips, and fingerling potatoes. We also regularly provide fresh greens, including arugula, spicy mix, lettuce heads and spinach, throughout the winter season, subject to weather conditions. The meat selection comes from our home-raised pork, beef, and lamb. Our milk and eggs are available, too! You can use your CSA credit on all of these products.
